Terms and conditions

The Electro Automation store at store.electroau.com shows parts and their availability and receives orders and requests for parts and services. Using the store means accepting these terms.

Prices are not shown in the store. You receive the price when we confirm the order or in an official quotation, in Libyan dinars and valid for the period stated in it. An order you send is a purchase request, and it becomes binding when we confirm it with you.

In stock is read from the shop's stock when the page is shown and may change before the order is confirmed. If a part runs out after you order, we tell you and offer an alternative or a date.

Photos are for illustration and the look or colour may differ slightly. The reference is the part number and the manufacturer's specification, so check it before ordering or ask us.

There is no online payment in the store. Payment is by cash, bank transfer or cheque, as agreed at confirmation.

You can cancel an order before it is prepared or shipped with a WhatsApp message. Specially imported parts cannot be cancelled once the import is confirmed.

Electrical equipment must be installed by a qualified technician following the manufacturer's instructions. We are not liable for damage caused by wrong installation or use outside the specification.
