Disconnect the supply and wait for the capacitors to discharge before opening the inverter or touching its terminals.
Common causes
- Missing phase or unbalanced input voltage
- Loose supply terminal
- Damaged fuse or supply breaker
Try first
- Measure the voltage across the input terminals
- Tighten the supply terminals
- Check the breaker and fuses before the drive
