Disconnect the supply and wait for the capacitors to discharge before opening the inverter or touching its terminals.
Common causes
- Mains drop or momentary loss
- Weak phase or loose terminals
- A large load starting on the same line
Try first
- Measure all three phases while running
- Tighten the supply terminals
- Use thicker supply wire or separate large loads
