cF1 on DELTA inverters: Memory write error

DELTA inverters: VFD-EL

Disconnect the supply and wait for the capacitors to discharge before opening the inverter or touching its terminals.

Common causes

  1. Internal parameter memory fault
  2. Strong electrical noise

Try first

  1. Power off until the display goes dark, then restart
  2. Reset to factory defaults (Pr.00-02) and set the parameters again
  3. If it repeats, the drive needs repair
