Disconnect the supply and wait for the capacitors to discharge before opening the inverter or touching its terminals.

Common causes

1. 1Damaged motor or cable insulation
2. 2Moisture in the motor terminal box

Try first

1. 1Megger each phase to ground
2. 2Dry the terminal box and replace the damaged cable
